“Le Parc” and “Luminary Tower” are part of “Thamrin Nine,” a large-scale integrated development project situated in the heart of Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia. “Le Parc” is a luxury condominium, while “Luminary Tower” is a state-of-the-art skyscraper office building, both recognized as iconic landmarks representing the region.
By leveraging the knowledge and advanced technologies accumulated in Japan, we are committed to providing safe, secure, and comfortable facility management services for customers utilizing the Thamrin Nine complex.
