In 1976, Nikkan Service Co., Ltd. was established as a forerunner to Cosmos Life Co., Ltd, which was introduced as a condominium management service company. Also in that term, acquired permission for construction business activities.

The business is expanded marked by opening a 24-hour remote monitoring office and establishing a training center. The company also grew in another sector such as an education center for the first-class architect office in Osaka.

Acquised several building lots and became one of the best property management companies by getting the ISO 9001:2000 certification for the apartment financing system. Joining Daiwa House Group member.

In 2010, the company name changed to Daiwa LifeNext Co., Ltd. The industry's scale became large and expand to establish Daiwa Life Next Indonesia in 2020, the first oversea company in Southeast Asia.
